Therapist Perri Shaw Borish, MSS, LCSW, BCD will lead this five week group that explores the stress that your new role might be causing. The joys of parenting are limitless but it is also fair to say being at home with a new baby has unique challenges that not everyone will get… sometimes, not even your spouse or partner. You can love taking care of your little one but routines, the same environment and lack of adult company can take its toll.

This five week group will be every Wednesday from November 11 to December 11th, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  Everyone is encouraged to stay after to socialize, make new friends and play. Please bring snacks and whatever toys your little one needs to feel at home.
